Cities are the scarcest type of land. They are concentrated on specific places, such as the center of the map. This is where the players will be spawning initially, it is a civilized space where no harm can be done to others.

Cities provide a default SPICE ore yield to their owners.

City are special lands. Some type of facilities will only be available on them, such as banks.
